Hey Parents! We are so excited that you and your kids have joined us for our NLC Kids online worship experience! Older elementary kids are in the final week of the series titled, ‘Super Fan: Cheer Each Other On.’ In today’s video, Jon, Brandon & friends help older elementary kids learn about how we should be kind to people who are different than us. Join us as we sing, dance, and hear a story from the Bible about the good Samaritan. Be sure to check out the activities below the video that you and your child can do at home to help reinforce what they have learned!
Bible Story: Hey Brother (Good Samaritan) • Luke 10:25-37
Bottom Line: Be kind to people who are different from you.
Memory Verse: “You are God’s chosen people. You are holy and dearly loved. So put on tender mercy and kindness as if they were your clothes. Don’t be proud. Be gentle and patient.” Colossians 3:12 (NIrV)
Basic Truth: I should treat others the way I want to be treated.
Parents, You Can Ask: “How can you be kind to people who are different from you?”
